We are heartbroken to share that Victor Perez, a 17-year-old non-verbal, autistic boy with cerebral palsy, has succumbed to the injuries he sustained in a shooting by police in Idaho last week. Officers opened fire within seconds of arrival and made no apparent effort to de-escalate the situation.
