I reckon it comes down to whether you, as a member, are ‘happy’ with the approach that the club is seen to be taking over the last few years and I am. For me that means status quo seems like the right call but I respect that others may not agree

Seems he wants to micro manage at the player level. I'm not sure that's what the club needs. Just moved on from the list manager sitting in on team selection

I find it funny he pointed that out as poor standards, but no mention of the club letting go Stringer and others for poor standards and improving culture. He needs real internal knowledge of what the standards are. A 30min convo with the footy department might be first port of call I would think.

I only heard a short snippet so there may be more context but I’m not sure any player at even the best clubs would be happy about a board member sticking their nose into the 2km time trial results. Confirmed my thinking not to vote for him.
