Ford is godawful, but the opposition is extraordinarily weak. Neither the NDP nor the Grits have a costed platform. The Grits promise a doctor for everyone AND to reduce taxes. I overheard a young guy (just one does not make a poll) but he was quite vocal in proclaiming 'Doug Ford's THE guy'. He didn't expand on it but the hat must have been the key. Trumpers. MAGATs of Ontario.

It makes sense when you zoom out. The Ontario NDP and Liberals haven’t connected with the priorities of Ontarians. Right now,people are worried about the affordability of things now, and what Trumps tariffs might do. Bonnie is talking about health care (alright?) and Marit’s talking about the 407

Ford has not 'connected' with the priorities. In fact he has destroyed everything he touches for the friends benefits.
He's a disaster personally/leader I hate to say we are stuck 🥵 unless some kind of epiphany happens. Neither Stiles/ Crombie are up to the task of going against a (lying) populist.

If it's not about connections then it's meaningless. Ford connects all right but with a very obnoxious and lying persona but true to populists they do 'connect'. Someone can have an alternative but if they can't 'connect' it's meaningless. Stiles and Crombie have not bridged that gap. PS I hate Ford

It's about seat projections, not popular vote.The seat projections right now put NDP @14 seats & the Liberals @ 8 seats. If you want the cons to have a majority gov't, then by all means, vote Liberal. If you want him to have a minority then a strong NDP vote is the only solution.
