Yep! I have the Lower Decks one, the grille is solid blue, with the bussards (and deflector, I think - it's in a display case atm) dull translucent (the new one looks much glossier).

This version looks a little different, I think the Added the Captain's Skiff back to the underside of the saucer. I may actually be built from the Picard Meshes which were provided from STO files

The Protostar is going to be an XL, which is every fourth issue. And they wanted to get the XLs of the Ent-F (Issue 4) and Ent-G (Issue 8) out first. Though I am surprised the Voyager-A XL is releasing before the Protostar XL, but I guess it’s because it’s a Voyager.
