Today is 10 lb weight day. I drew a three. So I did three exercises with 10 lb weights. Also took a walk this morning. it is more of a challenge when you are doing these exercises holding 10 lb weights. It slows you down but gets your heart rate up.πͺπΊπ¦πΊπ²βΎοΈβοΈβ€οΈπ€
