And yeah, it's like watching a friend self sabotage instead of just doing the right thing. I hope whatever comes next is at least as gratifying for me to write. I can't do Rust (at least rn) there's too many things missing for me. :/

But at this stage, I'm really not feeling hopeful about C++'s future.
