Is this the case for every user? When I'm there, I'm mostly using my curated lists, which, as I understand it, Musk has basically left alone, so I don't see the algorithmically boosted neo-Nazi tweets. But even when I look at my "For You" feed, I don't notice explicit neo-Nazi tweets.
