Dr. Jacobs, do people in their 60’s who were vaccinated decades ago need a booster?

I feel like I want boosters for polio and TB. Wondering about everything else.
Herd immunity was supposed to keep us safe. Now the lunatics are in control.

They generally don't vaccinate for polio or TB in the U.S. You should be getting a Tdap every 10 years, though, and every new flu and COVID vaccine.

We got our Tdap 2 years ago- (first grandchild). Also do flu and COVID yearly.

My understanding is they do it if you’re going to an area where it’s endemic.
Oh, and it will probably be endemic in the US soon.
And yes, I get the flu and every COVID booster.
