Agree. The move needs to be to slow things down as much as possible. For the budget, a CR will be passed in the next 2 weeks with a deadline of March/April. If D's hold the line, that will slow confirmations/legislation/everything. Just hope Schumer is ready to get in touch with his inner Harry Reid

no automatic recount in CA. Whoever requests it, pays for it. *Rumors* are Duarte doesn't love serving in the House & his business is in the toilet so he may quickly call to congratulate Gray. Again, *rumors* only. Would the RNC force a recount if their candidate didn't want it? Don't know
