It means after school care, and, low-income parents getting help and being able to vote.
It means positive name recognition when liberal school board members run for local office in 2028.

Liberals mean regressive means testing so the folks that need the help won't get it. It means arbitrary and cruel restrictions on labor rights, civil rights, human rights.
Liberals mean fascism. Right wingers are not and will not be a solution.
