It’s a long, difficult process, and most definitely not for just anyone, but god it needs to be done.

May not be relevant to current stuff, but it’s very eye opening.
It also takes a lot of mental capacity to be able to have those conversations in the first place, and after years of being
knowing a person’s motivations is so crucial for the conversation, and I hope ppl can realize that context!
The process is horribly grueling. Sometimes I’d rather step on a lego than deal with it.
