Calling this insider trading is ridiculous. Even if they'd been acting on inside information (and not making a coincidental decision which many farmers make), there is virtually no benefit. The only effect is they need to live for 2536 days to avoid IHT as opposed to 2556 days 😮😮😮😮🤯.
