Remember, despite what your brain/people try to tell you:

It's hard to remember that sometimes, especially the parts about not being a burden, a chore, or a problem. I feel that way all the time, more acutely in recent times as I struggle to stay alive & need to ask for help more often.
I'm trying to learn it's okay, though.
