No dig gardening also does get easier each year and I'm lucky enough to produce around 3 cubic m of homemade compost each year and this is just enough for our beds.
Plus I've collected another 10 cu metres of well-chopped oak leaves for leaf mould and extra browns for the compost heaps in summer.
But Dowding has left me craving for more!

Our three garden bins never had enough space for grass cutttings, so went in the council bins. But now they're going down to the plot for mixing with my stored browns.
