When will they advise families to keep their unvaccinated children home from school/daycare/sports etc…until the outbreak is over?

Isn’t it part of what having the choice to not vaccinate entail?

4/ 18 measles cases have been hospitalized to date. Also important to note that no cases have been reported for individuals born before 1970, since most are assumed to be immune to measles after contracting it as children before vaccines were available.

5/ Since we are dealing with an incubation period of 10-12 days and have evidence of widening geographic spread, the outbreak scope is uncertain at this time. Always smart to confirm that your family's immunization status is up to date and check with a health professional if uncertain.

This could also play into the idea that it is very hard to get a family doctor in ON so people turn to Dr Google. Not sure anything will change as people seem to want to vote the same government back in.
