I want diapers to simultaneously be:
-Extremely casual and not a big deal. Totally exposed and obvious without any embarrassment.
AND
-The entire focus. Everyone is looking at the diapers. Everyone is hyperfixated on the diapers. It's a BIG DEAL that people are wearing diapers.

It can be a hobby or like a culture or something like that!
"Oh my god, he's wearing a DIAPER" - a person who is spurting for the fourth or fifth time in their own diaper (literally everyone they know wears diapers)
Then you have us lot, squishing and groping our MASSIVE diapers, taut and full admiring EVERYTHING about that distinct bulky padding around their waist.
"NNNFF Look how DROOPY his DIAPER is"
"He's peeking! He's peek-ngh! im pooping!"
"POOPY DIAPERS"
Meanwhile "normie" diapered peeps are just like "oh they're here again."
You two make this shit sound like academia, and I am SO here for it! 👍👨🎓
I think in art, depicting the subject of the art in casual ways (not blushing or even overly confident, just average) and having the surrounding characters reacting to it. Dialogue helps a lot. It's about context.
I want my diaper wearing to be normal. But also I want to be reminded how much I need them all the time sort of deal.
Casual pats without much of a mention or a fuss unless it was time for a change.
Its a big deal and no deal at the same time
Super casual daily wearer and not embarrassed by it, but also I want to be tented all the time and teased
