Dinner tonight: Korean food!
Doenjang-jjigae (soy paste stew)
Wanja (meatballs)
Collard greens-namul (blanched collard greens with seasoning)
Kimchi
Kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi)
And leftover roasted Brussels sprouts
I intentionally made way too much so we can have it tomorrow too!

I don't normally buy banchan just because you use small quantities of each. It's best if it's a feast. For home cooking this is way more than enough
I'm working on it.
You're such a swirly-eyed no-thoughts bimbo <3
Glad you think it looks good!
I give all the credit to Maangchi
I think it was a brain-wave thing because I made Korean-style food for dinner as well, though mine was admittedly a bit more simple 👉👈
I just really really love food!
I find that putting stuff in bowls goes a long way to make simple plating look nice :)
Waaaaant
