Dinner tonight: Korean food!

Doenjang-jjigae (soy paste stew)
Wanja (meatballs)
Collard greens-namul (blanched collard greens with seasoning)
Kimchi
Kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi)
And leftover roasted Brussels sprouts

I intentionally made way too much so we can have it tomorrow too!
