Some theoreticals:
With a margin of about two minutes of error, based on Tomo and John Kelly's first loop times, they *could* complete a fun run in just enough time to start the fourth loop.
This would depend on how fatigued they are now, and if they were willing to work together on loop 3.

Comments
They both took somewhere between 13 and 14 hours (including interloopal time, which wasn't exactly much) for Loop 2.
To keep on time, they'd have to cut about two hours off the loop for loop 4. That's already asking a LOT.
So the primary driver of the time increase is terrain/conditions over fatigue.
Completion is, effectively, mathematically impossible.
The ccw loops have always taken a bit longer to my recollection, it does seem to kind of suck more early on.
But this is more than that- Laz *did* something, and I'm very curious.
