Big issue is the unregulated nature of PBSAs; they’re expensive, and take advantage of students not knowing their rights. They’re exploitative.
There isn’t a lack of beds in Belfast, but students can’t afford them. They don’t need more ‘luxury’ student bedsits, they need affordable housing.
