I will react to it if I don't know it's there. Ranch dressing for example.
I actually love Chinese food. Grew up on it even.
It's ONLY added MSG, nothing else. Soy sauce is fine, for example.

Also, just about every fried chicken place brines their chicken with it. KFC, Cane's, Popeye's.
Again, perfectly fine and delicious. Just sucks to be me.
I'm also sensitive to Xylitol sweetener, allergic to asprin and ibuprofen, lactose intolerant, had my gallbladder pulled so no heavy fats, and raw onions are *apocalyptic* on my digestive system.
I *hate* being 'that person' with the food restrictions...
