the thing is, it CAN be good. but 9 times out of 10 it isn't unfortunately... although i LOVE the prank of putting snow in someone's undies. that shit is so fucking cute.

i recall there was a scene in gravity falls where someone gets a bag of ice shoved down their pants and i know ts was influential on me
also on phineas and ferb there was a mention of getting sand in your pants which gave me a stunningly fuzzy feeling way back when
