Trump obviously can’t read and is the world’s worst listener. He dangerously displays zero emotional intelligence. In the workplace, Trump is known as the resident DIP (Difficult Irritating Person). DIPs aka Drama Queens usually get their way because they make it too uncomfortable to confront them.
