A lane of vehicle traffic, or a lane of motor vehicle traffic? Bikes are vehicles under the HTA, but not motor vehicles (barring, potentially, the weird new stuff being passed)

It's people in Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, and the 905 who need to hear this message. Unfortunately, it's also those parts where they won't care as much about bike lanes, so there's a need to focus on other Ford shortcomings that would affect them most.
