Maybe Israel will learn that flagrant ceasefire violations have consequences but I’m not optimistic

Qassam brigades spokesperson Abu Obeida announced that due to Israel's refusal to obey the ceasefire as written, prisoner swaps will stop. When Israel gets into compliance, Hamas will release more prisoners.

Israel never faces full consequences of its actions because the U.S. always compensates by shielding it materially and diplomatically. But U.S. power in the region and globally is fading fast, and if Israeli leaders were wise (they won't be), they'd act accordingly.

Plus making the announcement a week in advance of the next exchange gives it time to really percolate in the Israeli political sphere. It gives them time for Israelis to rip each other limb from limb before Qassam even has to do anything.
