If you're on pc check out the Steam Workshop and the Mod Immortal Empires Expanded.

Adds 97 new Settlements and 37 new provinces and kinda opens the whole world as a map. With unique landscapes and all that stuff. And all you gotta do to enable it is click a button :D

The Maneaters campaign is fantastic. I played it in co-op and loved that my friend's wars would sometimes pop up as available contracts. Felt like a true mercenary faction and had a great time with it.
