I still need to look that up. I'm trying to go with how my EveryPlate meals were set up. Protein, veggie, and a starch. Their meals were usually super filling too, which was nice to not still feel hungry after like some.

That’s what was hard for me starting Whole30… you get full before you finish eating but then you feel like you need a snack… which isn’t allowed. I’m sure you could tailor it to what you need. BUT. Just focus on plants and proteins and you can’t go wrong in your diet.
so i finally looked into Whole30 and i definitely couldn't actually follow it. but i'm going to look through some of their recipes and see what might appeal to me, though. love having tons of yummy options in general!
