Some of them might be in there under terms Cap's search didn't pick up. I found what may be another Glen Simon video (media ID t8YKkkJQoJzqCrSNE) that may be an exhibit 3? I'll keep looking. They could be in there.

Odds are, the 3 known ones are most interesting, i.e. from Simon's phone. The others are BWC (would be interesting) and other "open source" video that may well be dupes.

The lawsuit gives a case number and a name, "Simon"; there were 2 Jan 6 defendants with that surname so the first step is to look up who this is. So you check the court files that used to be on the DOJ "Capitol Breach Cases" website - they're now posted on https://jan6archive.com/doj.html. 2/

Scrolling through this Jan6archive page shows you the case numbers for both Glen Simon and Mark Simon; a few minutes reaching tells you the relevant case is Glen Simon.
