Resharing this memory of my 2023 winter solstice hike atop He Mni Caŋ-Barn Bluff in Red Wing, Minnesota, in appreciation of the recent update to the National Register of Historic Places listing. The bluff is a city park with great hiking trails and incredible views of the Mississippi River.
