It’s already a high stress job w/ a lot of hours in a small dark box. If you fire people’s coworkers, make those who stay fear they’re next, require more hours (gotta make up for those fired), and mess with their healthcare (a large % of air controllers are vets)… it’s probably not gonna go great. 😰

Hey! I found in this article that in 2024, there were 1158 aviation incidents. Maybe the media is playing a role. But none of those incidents were as "big" as the ones we are seeing with major commercial airlines.

Yes, they do. Most of the recent crashes are just a string of bad luck. They would have happened under Biden or Harris. Private crashes, military crashed occurred frequently under Biden. Toronto was not an American issue even though it was an American plane. We hurt the message by focusing on this.
