Nevada wasn't immune to poorly worded ballot measures. WC-1 was so poorly worded that people thought that they were voting on a new tax to increase funding for libraries, when what the ballot question was for was whether or not to continue funding libraries.

Complete removal of forced labor. A citizen is already serving time for their crime.

This does not include being forced to fight forest fires or working random jobs.

If you want to rehabilitate them, offer a clear path to a job.

We do not have to be inhumane with our prison system.
