Collective bargaining is the way workers get changes. With an inept national government unable to raise the minimum wage and enact sensible worker protections, I believe this is a step in the right direction.

Act 10 killed collective bargaining for teachers, nurses, sanitation workers, and more, cutting take home pay by nearly 9 percent and robbing workers of their voice.

Now, at least temporarily, their bargaining power is restored. The case could go all the way to the state Supreme Court.
