It's obvious they can't be "checked" at this point. So, the best thing to do is to throw away/reject their "system", and build a new one. Which is what the global "under-ground" network has done (link provided). The "un-checked" are, afterall, in the MINORITY.

My spouse and I think peak Western civ happened during the 1st wk of COVID shutdown. You could still get everything at your fingertips and supply chains weren't heaving yet. There were wars, but nothing that threatened the global order. It's all been down hill since Feb 2020 for the American empire.
