I think Jamie Raskin should be the minority leader. I have slightly changed my thoughts on Hakeem but I still think he is a damned good man. He just isn't the loudest voice.
I disagree. Focus please. We are losing our democracy and don't need our own people attacking us. A lot of reps want Jeffries to be the minority leader when he isn't doing his job they will vote him out. The house minority leader isn't the one that is going to save us. It's going to be voters.
Right now, the Dems are not perfect. I admit that. BUT! Now is NOT the time for this bullshit. It's time for the Dems to unite. The left ripping at each other is what MAGA WANTS. Don't let them win!
Taking the GOP playbook when they were opposition for years and play with fire. Doing a proper resistance, taking real control of the narrative. Learning from the experiences of other movements and parties (Thank god not everyone was coward like the Dems).
OK not cowards, because that implicates innocence and knowning how they are hungry for the approval and goodwill of big donors. So that made them worse, collaborators. Not so different to the passive liberals in Germany in the 1930s. or the Vichy agents.

Out of power doesn't mean being passive
Just for keeping the "bipartisan" angle
