I have been reading, Calling All Angles by Erin Wathen, and here are some of my thoughts on the first chapter and intro. I love the way the books introduce itself with fear using the way angles say, "Do not be afraid." And then gose into asking a question of "What would you do if you weren't afraid" - ThreadSky

I love the way the author will point out some of the problematic parts of how God's displeasure is displayed, such as how infertility is used as a sign of God's displeasure and a sign of unfaithfulness its quit gross but also helps look at the Bible in a more moaden manner.

There are various reasons for it, but a lot of it boils down to my own attachment issues. I fear that they will be bored of me that they already hate me, so if there is silence, that means I have done something wrong. I fear the way people stare when no one is saying anything, making it hard to be.

I also felt called out when the first chapter questions why it is that we fear silence and how people will try to fill the awkward silence they feel with a joke or noise, just something to make the silence go never just being and made me think why can't I just be when those I love are silent.

And it made me think, "A life without fear." it felt so foreign to me like why? It made me think about who I would be and made me realise how much fear is in my life how truly scared of others I am made me wonder why I let it loom over me so gave much thought.
