I meant when unauthorized/uncleared personnel enter a secure area, they are escorted out immediately (usually to the police), not waiting on courts. These computer systems are in secure areas.

I believe that has been delegated to the US marshalls right? Remember when they tried accessing SCIF rooms in USAID offices (which is admittedly extremely funny) in which the marshalls didn’t do anything iirc since they are ran by DOJ
You know, I don't really know who owns them. I worked for the USAF and they were often contracted services. But my point was that they'd let you in only if *authorized* by someone authorized to authorize (!). So SOMEONE had given authorization. Those guys will not risk their jobs over that decision.
