As Hamlet would say, that is the question. It's almost as if they value skill and the textural experience of being human more than whatever it is their own product has to offer.

I would rather say that they are so aware that their product is counter productive that they really don't want their employees to use them.
They might as well say that their clients are morons.

It's not a bug, it's a feature. An uneducated crowd is much, much easier to manipulate, control and exploit.
