When she was laying flat on her face with her arms behind her back, her arms seemed ever so slightly rigid. So why didn’t the cop defend himself by using lethal force, as is standard policy?

As an upper-middle-class straight white man, of course, if it was for some reason necessary to arrest me - heaven forbid - I would probably just call the Premier Arrest Concierge Desk to schedule a convenient time to drop by and do the paperwork.
