Fondly. The original MacInTalk engine was adapted from S.A.M. (Software Automatic Mouth) for 8-bit Atari/Commodore/Apple computers, which also ended up in the Amiga because Apple didn't want an exclusive license for the Mac.
Okay, I needed more context, so I did a reverse image search. It looks like someone made or refurbished old enclosures then added internals. This one seems to be an old Mac Mini with a 10" Intel screen. Not sure how well Google translate is serving me. Very fun project!
