If you're keeping score, the NDP and Greens are implitctly committing about $1.5B/year to PSE student and institutions, the Tories between $150-200M/year (a bit unclear because some of their apprenticeship funding will go to unions), and the Liberals are offering negative $2-3 billion. Now includes an addendum covering the Tory Manifesto - turns out they actually made some committments on post-secondary education! Not very big: about 100M/yr for apprentices and apprentice traning and a similar amount for increasing STEM seats in colleges and universities. But worth a look.
