I keep explaining to colleagues that gAI doesn't *know* anything except how often words appear near each other.

It has no sense of what a "fact" is, much less a citation, and will never be any smarter than an autocomplete function.

It will always produce least common denominator text, boilerplate

No, I do not think we should use gAI to build literature reviews, and we definitely shouldn't be teaching faculty how to do this, this is not just some fancy new search engine, what on earth is wrong with you and why are you doing this ffs
