I'm shopping on Amazon for em. 16 of these go for ~25 bucks.

People, you can save a life for less than 2 dollars per blanket.

I'm also shopping for decent gloves. 30 bucks for 10 pairs. Winterized socks. 12 bucks for 3 pairs.

If nothing else, it's good prep for a hard winter. Many Americans- ->

Aren't as secure in being housed as they think they are. You, too, can become homeless. You, too, can struggle with the elements.

Better to be prepared, and be able to help your neighbor and yourself, than to be unprepared and be unable to change a damn thing.

In London the homeless get loads of gifts of food at this time of year - not saying don't, but maybe make a donation to one of the reputable charities instead or as well - do stop and talk
