For months, MSNBC prime time programming was almost entirely devoted to the Mueller Report, mythologising Mueller himself as a noble heroic figure who was coming to save us from Trump. It was such a West Wing spin-off, Sorkin should have gotten residuals.

I slam #resist because it’s collectively too obsessed with West Wing nonsense narratives about “mueller is coming” instead of doing the real work of a political movement, it looks for some deus ex machina savior.
