I want to see and show Other Worlds and not just Edith Piaf or Jim Morrison - Gujarati businessmen, British Hindustanis, Kurdish revolutionaries, Awadhi Queens, Brazilian princesses, scientists, pseudoscientists, Persian exiles, Armenian politicians, and a Chechen Prime Minister.

This was a great afternoon! Disappointed at the City of Paris’s plaque on the grave of the last Queen Mother of Oudh was removed & replaced by … a private Indian tourism company’s plaque.

Happy to have found the grave of Isaac Titsingh, a Dutch Governor of Bengal, and Ambassador to China and Japan.
