Posey hobble. They appear to have discontinued it however :(

They've discontinued a lot of their restraints it seems.

HR makes also a nylon version of the hobbles I think, but I don't think they're lockable or if they offer maybe a version with an L400 lock (absolutely not a fan of the HR nylon stuff at all)
