Absolutely needed. However the Home Office needs to be integrated into homelessness prevention. No recourse to public funds, lengthy routes to settlement, extortionate fees, chaotic decision making all push people into destitution and homelessness.

. The Home Office is the lead government department for immigration and passports, drugs policy, crime, fire, counter-terrorism and police.
think our limited funds should go to them rather than:
Starving, malnourished and even HOMELESS children.
