Ukraine has refused to create a $500 billion fund to compensate the US for military aid.
🇺🇸🇺🇦 Washington demanded that this condition become part of the agreement on access to Ukrainian mineral resources. Kyiv refused, arguing that the real amount of aid from the U.S. is about $90B, not $500B.
