How do you reassure your employees about things happening when you have no guidance and the guidance you do have is contradictory and everyone realizes it’s unethical and illegal?

I think I can share that there are a few people who are seriously considering resigning.
But most are refusing to resign. The vast majority of us going to stay the course but we feel very helpless

The mood today was somber and frantic at the same time. Everyone looking for answers but the leaders having none to give.
And those of us who are supervisors feeling stressed by managing workload and the emotions of our team
