Can someone explain this to me? According to the White House "Tariffs Charged To The U.S.A." by Taiwan is 64%. The new "U.S.A. Discounted Reciprocal Tarrifs" on Taiwan will now be 32%. I get that. What I don't know is what the REAL 2024 tariffs Taiwan charged us were and what we charged them were.
