The Opposition needs to get its own house in order. Milquetoast patricians must cede congressional leadership to Warnock, Warren, Whitehouse, Murphy, Schatz, AOC and Raskin. Frame every issue in the Preamble's terms. The same strong voices every day. Coordinated messages. Constitutional Patriots.

Despite his flaws, Lincoln used every speech to teach the public what the Preamble's and Declaration's values mean. Our orators should follow his example. Organize a citizens' group in your precinct. Hear one another out. Relate the documents to current events. Choose leaders. Hold them accountable.

No. Violence will play right into Trump’s hands. Civil resistance has ended authoritarian rule in many nations in last century . This is not a contest of physical force but for popular allegiance.
