The Hiby R1 has a $14 coupon on Amazon right now so you should be able to get it for about $85, that's a much more powerful player. If you give me a price range for IEM's I can give you a recommendation.

I guess 50 bucks or so, I hear kbear is pretty solid but mainly wanna try them because my roommate got some with the copper wire and says the sound quality is good
